Free shipping on orders over R700 within South Africa. Below R700, delivery is a flat R100. We ship within South Africa only. If you're outside South Africa, you can also find our products on Takealot.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and ship in 0–3 business days from our Pretoria facility.

Credit/debit cards via Peach Payments, instant EFT and SnapScan via iKhokha, or manual EFT (bank transfer). All transactions are encrypted.

Choose "EFT / bank transfer" as your payment method at checkout. Once you place the order, our banking details appear on your order confirmation page and are also emailed to you. Make the transfer from your own bank, using the order reference shown so we can match your payment. As soon as it reflects in our account we confirm your order and ship it.

Active ingredients, named and dosed on every product page — and nothing inert. No microcrystalline cellulose, no magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no stearic acid, no metals, no gluten, no wheat, no sugar, no lactose, no artificial colouring, no preservatives. Where a capsule needs a carrier, we use our Proprietary Herbal Boost — a base of fruit enzymes, warming botanicals and whole-food powders — instead of inert fillers.

It's the functional herbal base that carries the active ingredient in our capsules — papaya and pineapple fruit enzymes, turmeric root, ginger root, black pepper, beetroot, apple cider vinegar powder, food-form magnesium and zinc, coconut MCT and a plant-source vitamin D3 from lichen. The industry norm is to fill that space with inert bulking agents like magnesium stearate or rice flour; we chose food instead. Some are pure single-ingredient supplements; others are intentional blends. Our Ashwagandha, for example, is paired with Vitamin B5 to balance the adrenal effects. Every blend exists for a reason explained on the product page.

Yes — unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Opened supplements can't be returned for food-safety reasons. Email contactus@templefoods.co.za with your order number to start a return.
