How redeeming points works
A few simple rules keep the programme fair and easy to use:
- Points are applied automatically at checkout — we pre-fill the best amount for you. You can adjust it with the slider.
- You can pay for up to 30% of an order with points. The rest is paid as normal.
- Points work on full-price items only. They can't be used on items that are on sale or part of a bundle deal.
- Points can't be combined with a discount code. You'll use one or the other — whichever saves you more.
- We protect your free shipping. By default we won't let points drop your order below the R700 free-shipping threshold, but you're welcome to use more if you'd like.
